One Pot Turkey Chili

Ingredients

1 Lb. turkey chop meat browned in evoo

1 large onion diced

4 cloves garlic

2 can reds kidney beans rinsed

1 can chickpeas rinsed

1 can sweet peas rinsed

1 can whole or stewed tomatoes

1 can low sodium chicken or beef broth (optional)

Spices –chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and parsley – add according to taste

Directions

1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil

2. Add brown the meat

3. Add all ingredients, then spices

4. Cook on a low flame for one hour

Serve, eat and enjoy
