Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower trimmed and cleaned

1 large whole onion

4 cloves garlic

1 large white potato

2 can of low sodium chicken broth

salt pepper and parsley

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a stock pot

2. Simmer until everything is soft

3. Remove from heat

4. Blend until pureed

5. Return to pot and continue to heat

6. Serve and enjoy !
